Return Refund Policy

• We stand behind our products. If you’re unsatisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Applies only to your first order (one-time courtesy).

2. How to Return or Cancel an Unshipped Order

• Unshipped Orders: Please Email support@antlerextracts.com requesting to cancel before it ships out from our warehouse.
• Returns/Refunds: Contact us at the same email for a return authorization (no returns accepted without approval).

3. Conditions

• Refunds exclude return shipping costs (unless the error is ours).
• For returns due to "No longer Needed," products must be unopened/unused to be eligible for return. Refunds may be denied upon inspecting your return if found to be opened/used.
