Order Processing Time

• All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
  holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Free Standard Shipping: All U.S. orders are shipped via ground/standard shipping (3–5 business days).
• Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Contact us at support@antlerextracts.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  

Tracking & Delays

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Delays due to carriers or extreme weather are beyond our control but we’ll help resolve issues promptly.
