Updated review (month 2)- Customer service is excellent and a big reason for the 5-stars. They graciously provided a second month of product to have me try. Impressed, I logged results with a great bit of detail to give an honest & accurate review. In the 2nd month of using this product my endurance & weight lifted has increased across all muscle groups- examples include bench increasing from 315 to 350, hanging & weighted ab exercises up 20 pounds, Bi & Tri single arm cable & dumbbell exercises up 10 pounds. I've also noticed more mental focus in the gym which is an unexpected benefit. This has also allowed me to cut my gym time by ~15 minutes (10%) as I'm resting less between sets.
I'd recommend the product, especially considering it is 30%+ less (with subscription) than the competitor I was using.
